Inspired by the soon to open George Washington exhibit at the Missouri History Museum, Richard Nix, Jr. continued his “Classic Cooking” series in the Ladue-Frontenac Patch by celebrating Hercules, the personal chef for George and Martha Washington. A section of the menu, Dining with the Washingtons, will include recipes that honor the founding father and his personal chef, Hercules.
