Kurt Sliefert was named a Top 10 Finalist in the Oneida “Bring It to the Table” Contest earlier this year. Kurt, the executive sous chef for Butler’s Pantry was one of only ten chefs chosen from across the country for this honor. The Oneida “Bring It to the Table” contest awards a chef for the most creative use of Oneida tableware through creative plating executions. Congratulations Kurt! See the video now.
The finalists were chosen by a committee of food service industry professionals based on the uniqueness of the recipe overall appearance of the food as it relates to color, texture and “intent to indulge” in addition to the creative use of Oneida tableware.
