Chef Kurt Sliefert Video Shoot for Ford Hotel Website

Kurt Sliefert, Executive Sous Chef for Butler’s Pantry, was recently named a top 10 finalist in the Oneida “Bring It to the Table” Contest.  The Oneida contest awards a chef for the most creative use of Oneida tableware through creative plating executions.  Local purveyor of Oneida, Ford Hotel Supply, spent several hours yesterday filming Chef Sliefert preparing his Thai Shrimp and Lobster Bowl recipe.  The video will debut on Ford’s new website.
