I graduated from Forest Park Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. During my time at Forest Park, I became a member of the American Culinary Federation.
I began my culinary career eight years ago at Garvey’s Grill as a line cook. From there I moved on to Westborough Country Club where I worked for four years. I spent two years there as the Sous Chef. Joining Butler’s Pantry in September 2006 as the Sous Chef, I oversee the everyday production for events and assist the Executive Chef.
I am also a Leo and like long walks on the beach. Of course there are no beaches in St. Louis, so doing anything “outdoorsy” is what I like to do with my spare time.
