Though born and raised right here in St. Louis, my love of food has developed as consequence of my travels. Whether it was spending time in Napa with the family or studying abroad in Florence, Italy I've come to realize that I really love to eat.

I come to Butler's as a recent college grad. I earned a Marketing degree from Truman State University, but found my passion to lie in the planning, coordination & execution of events. Graduating into the "real world" has been quite an adjustment from college life, but now that I'm becoming accustomed to the early mornings I couldn't be more pleased to be around food all day while simultaneously pursuing my love of event planning.

In my short time at Butler's I've realized that great catering is truly an art form. It's not just about great food and beautiful presentation. It's about giving our clients the best food experience there is. And that's what we strive to do every day. I'm honored to be a part of that.

When I'm not on the job I really let my inner-nerd out and spend time sketching, reading and writing. I make a point to stay in shape — still trying to get back to that "High School Field Hockey" figure. I have a great group of friends who aren't afraid to try anything once. We are constantly on the lookout for the next greatest dive bar. My most recent endeavor? Learning to cook from the best teachers I know: my parents.
